All of the awards in the list below were achieved by using good safety practices by each employee. Each individual employee can receive an award if all safety practices are followed each day, week,
or month, throughout the year. If there is a violation of a safety practice the employee losses their safety award. We do Boss Audits on our employees as a follow up on safety practices.
These audits are done daily, weekly, and monthly throughout the year. These behavioral observation safety audits are done by
our Safety Director, Supervisors, and Foremen.

- The Gold Safety Award of Honor is given for continuous years of recognition for superior safety and health programs. The Gold Safety Award of Honor recognizes the “Best of the Industry” in safety & Health.
Chief demonstrated their Honor with incredibly low incident rates and outstanding safety.
